Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Oracle Slot Stats (the "App"), developed and operated by Oracle Slot Stats ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Oracle Slot Stats. The App is rated 17+ on the App Store due to its casino gambling tracking category. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

The App is not directed at minors. If we become aware that a user under the minimum age has created an account or is using the App, we reserve the right to terminate that access.

What Oracle Is — and Is Not

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Oracle Slot Stats on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Plans and pricing

Oracle offers a free tier and an optional Oracle Pro subscription. Pro is available as a monthly plan ($9.99/month) or an annual plan ($79.99/year). Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on the App Store's local pricing.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price change through the App or by Apple before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Oracle Pro after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

AI Features (Oracle Pro)

Oracle Pro includes an AI photo extraction feature that analyzes jackpot screen photographs to extract win details automatically. By using this feature, you acknowledge:

Your Content

All jackpot records, session data, photos, and notes you enter into Oracle ("Your Content") belong to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

Because Oracle stores data locally on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account), we do not have access to Your Content and cannot recover it if it is deleted. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

You represent that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

Responsible Use

Oracle is a tracking tool. We are not responsible for your gambling decisions, gambling losses, or any financial harm that results from gambling activities you choose to engage in. The App is not designed to encourage gambling and does not recommend specific games, strategies, or casinos.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed in the App, including AI-extracted jackpot data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oracle Slot Stats and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Oracle Slot Stats.

App Store Additional Terms

Oracle Slot Stats is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern with respect to App Store matters.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. Any product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims related to the App are governed by these Terms, not Apple's.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post a notice in the App. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App before the effective date of the changes.

Termination

You may stop using Oracle at any time by deleting the App from your device. If you have an Oracle Pro subscription, cancel it first through your Apple ID settings to avoid future charges.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive.
